Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All the goods sold in our online store come from our production and from collaborators in the processing of Murano glass. All production is guaranteed as genuine, in new condition and inspected to the highest quality control to meet the company’s experience standards.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all its parts and accessories, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning your purchase, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an e-mail to: info@delaurentisglass.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@delaurentisglass.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@delaurentisglass.com and send your item to: De Laurentis Glass, Customer Service, Dorsoduro 2766 / A, 30123 – Venice, ITALY.

Credit

A full refund of the product value minus shipping, box and other charges will be credited to your account as a store credit. The store credit does not expire and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: De Laurentis Glass, Customer Service, Dorsoduro 2766 / A, 30123 – Venice, ITALY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
